Awais moved to the Manchester region in the mid 2000s to start his career in a family property business, managing a rental portfolio and working on development opportunities in South Manchester.

15 years later he was the lead on a major city centre BTR development in New Cross. Sourcing land, obtaining planning and partnering with a major construction firm to successfully sell the scheme to an investment fund.

Having worked on a number of large scale and complex schemes, Awais now runs his own development and consultancy business, Atzaro Real Estate. 

Atzaro provides services to a wide range of developer clients and institutional investors and were appointed by One Heritage a Hong Kong based investor, to develop a transformative 55 storey, 545 apartment PRS scheme in Greengate Salford.

Over the last two decades, Awais has built an diverse portfolio and created an esteemed network of contacts in the industry.
