Saif Derzi is an award winning property trader and investor. He has been in property for over 7 years since he bought his property in 2015. Fast forward to today and he has bought and sold over 150 properties for his investment/trading company SDGB Properties, manages over 400 properties for landlords and investors through his Portfolio Building Company Let-Co and owns and runs a cash buying company called Property Buyers Today.

Saif Derzi built his business based on delivering what he says he will do and this has allowed him to win over repeat business from the likes of the larger cash buying companies as well as gaining the trust of agents and auction houses for them to dispose of their assets via Saif’s company which has helped him build traction and scale.

He won Property Trader of the Year in 2022 and continues to us this strategy moving forward as it provides speed and certainty.
